Weight Loss Wednesday ~ Working It

 
I need to remind myself of this DAILY - I am the only one getting in my way.  As of today I have lost 50 pounds - since March 3rd, following a Low Carb High Fat way of eating. I just recently began adding in exercise and that is my new challenge. My exercise goal is 20-40 minutes per day, five days a week. I am hit or miss and working to change that. My weight loss goal is 65 more pounds by Valentine's Day. My more immediate short term goal is 11 more pounds by September 12th - which will put me in Onederland at 199 - and it has been YEARS (as in 14 years, since I have been under 200 pounds).

Would you like to have some company on your weight loss journey? I, too, need to lose a lot of weight for health reasons and have been following a low carb diet that is more effective for my body than any other diet. :) I'm starting my exercise routine today.
