Goal Planning Monday 3/5


Linking up with Mama Manuscripts.

Last week's Goals:

1) Stay on plan with my food/calories and exercise. On plan means 1600 or less calories per day. My exercise goal is 5 out of 7 days. I'd like to do bike riding with Noodle so we can count it as PE. Also, I will be using my new Runtastic App! DONE!!! 

2) Get the floors mopped. I hate mopping! NOT DONE - we swept....does that count?

3) Finish our Astronomy lesson plans. By finish I mean, get them written in my new home made lesson planner. NOT DONE - ugh - just never found the time.

4) Lose at least 3 pounds, since this will be "Week 1" of my new plan, I expect some water loss to make this happen!  DONE - I lost 5.4 pounds! Woot!!

5) Get my K5 Learning review done.  DONE!

6) Log my food and exercise in My Fitness Pal every day. DONE!

7) Watch the next two Dexter episodes on the Netflix DVD so I can return it to my mother.  DONE!
Five out of seven- I am satisfied. 

This week's goals:

2)Finish Astronomy and History lesson plans- getting them in to planner to make my days go smoother.

3)  Lose 2 pounds.

4) Log my food and exercise in My Fitness Pal everyday.

5) Get all my homework done on time.
